For employers

The women leading your company should know the women leading Arizona tech.

ALTA is a curated community for senior women in tech across the greater Phoenix area. Companies sponsor their people so they have peers who get the job.

What ALTA is

A small, curated community. On purpose.

Our members are directors, VPs, founders, and senior ICs at tech and tech-adjacent companies across the valley. Many are one of the only women on their leadership team. Plenty work remote for companies based somewhere else.

Every member interviews with a founder before she joins. That's how it stays worth her time.

  • In person every quarter

Morning and evening gatherings built around busy schedules, plus a holiday moment.

  • A founder in her corner

Each member gets a quarterly one-on-one career strategy session with a founder.

  • The conversation in between

A private member community for hiring questions, hard calls at work, and where to eat in Old Town.

Why companies sponsor

Senior women stay when they're not doing it alone.

A peer group outside your walls

Isolation is one of the quiet reasons senior women leave. ALTA gives her people she can call, and she brings their perspective back to your team.

A clear signal you're investing in her

At a company your size, sponsoring her seat says something. She'll notice, and so will the women you're trying to hire.

How it works

Simple for you. Hers from day one.

  1. You choose

Pick the women on your team you want to sponsor.

  2. She applies

She fills out a short application like every other member.

  3. She interviews

A conversation with one of our founders.

  4. She's in

We confirm she's active. Everything after that is hers.

What she shares stays hers. Sponsors never see who she talks to or what she discusses. That trust is why the community works.

We're starting with a small group of local companies this fall.

If you'd like your company to be one of them, let's talk.
